I had a lot of fun playing around with these photos. I have been really into gritty, washed out and over exposed pictures these days. Reminds me of  when I use to develop film as a kid. Picking up photos that look completely different from what I had imagined when taking the shot. Innocently and beautifully jacking up a frame due to lack of knowing my machine… the good old days. Made this illustration for a friend’s babyshower. These were the colors of her soon-to-be-baby’s room. She has an obsession with scooters and a little wiener-dog too. p.s. her son is one of the cutest babies ever!

This mini photo-shoot was suppose to be for some of my L∆DYNOBLE necklaces, but we got a little distracted and were having to much fun to take only necklace pics. That is one cool kid right there!

Every now & then I get to take pictures for my friends, and their kids… even their big kids. You know the ones you still call kids because it doesn’t make you feel as old as you really are. I remember when all three of these boys were boys. The top picture is of my nephew Jansen, I still have a pink construction paper heart that he gave me when I first started dating his uncle/my husband back in 2001. The middle picture is of Tim, the oldest of the three kiddos I use to nanny back in the day, awww. And last is my other little nephew Kale. I remember when this guy was a baby. Talk about old lady, I kind of got teary eyed when I was editing his pics. All three of these boys have a place in my heart and I am so happy to see them grow into the wonderful men that they are becoming.
